Onsite, 5 days/week About the Role We're hiring an experienced Electronics Test Technician to support the testing, integration, and troubleshooting of advanced aerospace hardware. This is a hands-on position working alongside engineers to assemble, test, and validate complex electronic systems used in aerospace and defense applications. Key Responsibilities Perform box-level integration and testing of electronic hardware Execute vibration, thermal, TVAC, and PWA testing Troubleshoot electrical and electronic hardware to the component level Build and rework cable assemblies, rack assemblies, and test equipment Perform continuity testing using DMMs and Cirris equipment Read and interpret electrical schematics, engineering drawings, and work instructions Assemble electronic hardware following IPC and J-STD workmanship standards Conduct power-on testing and operational system checks Configure test equipment and support engineering validation activities Record test data and identify out-of-tolerance conditions Support hardware certifications and post-delivery activities Work in laboratory, cleanroom, and production environments while following ESD, FOD, and safety requirements
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of hands-on electronics test or engineering technician experience Experience using oscilloscopes, digital multimeters (DMMs), function generators, and programmable power supplies Ability to troubleshoot electronic assemblies down to the component level Experience reading electrical schematics and engineering drawings Experience performing cable assembly, continuity testing, or electronic hardware assembly Strong understanding of electronic testing procedures and documentation Comfortable working independently while supporting engineering teams U.S. Citizenship required
Preferred Qualifications:
Aerospace, defense, or space industry experience IPC-A-610, IPC-A-620, WHMA, or
J-STD-001
certifications or experience Experience with flight hardware or environmental testing Familiarity with TVAC, vibration, thermal, or qualification testing Experience supporting development or prototype hardware Experience with Cirris cable testing systems
