This position is focused on maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting transfer equipment, instrumentation, controls, automation, and electrical systems. The ideal candidate will have strong field troubleshooting skills, a solid understanding of instrumentation and electrical systems, and the ability to work independently during an overnight 7-on/7-off schedule.

7 days on / 7 days off Overnight shift Full-time positionKey Responsibilities:
Maintain and troubleshoot instrumentation, automation, control, and electrical systems associated with facility and pipeline operations. Support Service/Safeguards Facilities and Pipeline operations. Diagnose equipment and system failures and determine appropriate corrective actions. Troubleshoot transfer equipment, field instrumentation, electrical components, PLC/RTU controls, communications, and associated automation systems. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on field equipment. Verify proper operation of instrumentation, controls, alarms, shutdowns, and related equipment. Read and interpret P&IDs, electrical drawings, facility drawings, and process flow diagrams. Assist with troubleshooting PLC, RTU, SCADA, and HMI-related issues. Troubleshoot industrial communications and field networks. Support equipment startup, commissioning, testing, and system verification as needed. Document troubleshooting activities, repairs, equipment changes, and completed work. Communicate equipment or system issues clearly with operations, maintenance, and other technical personnel. Follow all customer and Silverline safety policies and procedures.Qualifications:
Experience with industrial instrumentation, electrical, automation, or control systems. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Ability to read and interpret P&IDs. Ability to interpret electrical and instrumentation drawings. Understanding of facility and pipeline process operations. Working knowledge of field instrumentation, including pressure, temperature, level, and flow measurement. Working knowledge of industrial electrical systems and controls. Experience troubleshooting PLCs, RTUs, SCADA systems, and HMI interfaces. Familiarity with industrial communication systems and protocols. Ability to use electrical and instrumentation test equipment effectively. Ability to work independently and make sound troubleshooting decisions in the field. Strong attention to detail and documentation. Ability and willingness to work a 7/7 overnight schedule.Preferred Experience:
Oil and gas production, pipeline, midstream, or industrial facility experience. Experience maintaining and troubleshooting transfer equipment and associated controls. Experience with Safeguards or facility shutdown systems. Experience with Allen-Bradley PLC systems. Experience with Modicon, Totalflow, or SCADAPack equipment. Familiarity with SCADA and HMI systems. Experience with Modbus, Ethernet/IP, serial communications, and industrial radio networks. Experience with commissioning, loop checks, functional testing, and startup activities.What We're Looking For:
