In this energetic role, you'll be at the forefront of maintaining and calibrating complex systems, utilizing your technical skills to support manufacturing processes and industrial automation. Responsibilities Perform calibration of industrial instrumentation, sensors, and control systems using precision measuring instruments such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, and calibrators to ensure accuracy. Troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems to identify issues and implement effective solutions swiftly. Read and interpret electrical schematics, piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), schematics, and electrical blueprints to diagnose system faults accurately. Maintain and calibrate programmable logic controllers (PLCs), distributed control systems (DCS), vision inspection systems, CNC machinery, and other industrial controls. Conduct electrical diagnostics and troubleshoot electrical systems including high voltage and low voltage circuits while adhering to electrical safety procedures. Support maintenance activities by performing equipment inspections, preventive maintenance tasks, and repairs to minimize downtime. Document calibration procedures, maintenance activities, and troubleshooting steps clearly in system logs for compliance and future reference. Requirements Proven experience with hydraulics, pneumatic systems, electrical instrumentation, and industrial automation. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience in equipment troubleshooting and maintenance. Familiarity with reading electrical schematics, P&IDs, schematics, and blueprints; ability to interpret engineering drawings accurately. Experience programming or working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and distributed control systems (DCS). Skilled in using precision measuring instruments such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, sensors, vision inspection systems, Calypso software (or similar), and other calibration tools. Knowledge of electrical safety procedures related to high voltage and low voltage systems; committed to maintaining a safe work environment. Ability to perform electrical diagnostics using tools like multimeters and ohmmeters; strong troubleshooting skills in electrical systems. Experience in field service environments within manufacturing or industrial settings is highly desirable. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to team members and stakeholders.
