Electronics Technician-Military Separating from the service Colorado position Salary range: $80,000. - $90,000yr
Job Description:
This is a full-time employment opportunity in the Semiconductor industry with a generous relocation assistance package. Are you interested in moving to Colorado and enjoying many of the outdoor activities we are known for? This role will offer you the opportunity to utilize the Electronics skills and experience you've gained during your Military service and develop new skills in a variety of technical areas. In this role you will be supporting new and established technologies by troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining highly complex semiconductor manufacturing equipment and implementing improvement projects.
General Objectives and Responsibilities:
Strong knowledge of Electronic Theory, ability to read schematics, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain highly complex equipment. Uses ability as a skilled specialist to contribute to the development of new concepts/techniques and to complete assignments/tasks in innovative and effective ways. Complete assignments that are complex in nature and require judgment, initiative, and technical knowledge to resolve problems. Ability to reason through multiple possibilities and exhibit good judgment in repair strategies based on incomplete data. Electronic troubleshooting skills, utilizing schematics and multi-meters. Possesses strong ownership & initiative to identify, define and address issues within your assigned area of responsibility.
Qualifications:
Must have Electronics experience gained through Military training and experience. Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills using multi-meters, reading schematics, etc. Track record of self-motivated learning and ability to self-manage.
