Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Waiter and bring vibrant energy to our bustling dining environment! This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your customer service skills while working in a lively, fast-paced setting. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables with a positive attitude Present menus confidently, answer questions about dishes, and offer recommendations to enhance guest satisfaction Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems and relay them promptly to kitchen staff Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring each guest's needs are met with care and attention to detail Check in with guests regularly during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly Clear tables efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout service hours. Other tasks during operating hours may include; stacking cups, sweeping, pouring beer, food running, nightly cleaning routines Handle guest payments accurately, process transactions swiftly, and thank guests sincerely for their patronage Qualifications Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key! Excellent communication skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Basic knowledge of food safety standards and proper hygiene practices is advantageous A positive attitude combined with a genuine desire to provide outstanding guest experiences Join us in creating lively, welcoming spaces where every guest leaves with a smile!
