Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Engineering Technician opportunities in Southington, CT. Responsibilities for an Engineering Technician include but are not limited to: Perform research, build prototypes, and support the design/construction of test fixtures using basic Solidworks and drafting skills Conduct mechanical device testing, validate test methods, perform data analysis (using basic Minitab/statistics), and present findings to leadership Maintain lab equipment, manage sample and project inventory, and participate in 6S, lean manufacturing, and safety initiatives Troubleshoot testing equipment, perform routine lab maintenance, and collaborate with internal departments and vendors to resolve technical issues Candidates for Engineering Technician must meet the following requirements to be considered: High School Diploma with 3-5 years of engineering technician experience, an Associate's degree with 2+ years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree in a related technical field Basic knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, medical devices, Solidworks, Minitab, and lean/Six Sigma methods Knowledge of standard engineering record-keeping, clean room environments, and QSSOPs/GMP/FDA/ISO 9001 standards Must be at least 18 years old, able to lift up to 25 lbs, and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship What's in this Engineering Technician position for you?

$26.41 - $35.49 per hour

Pay Details:
