This position is responsible for ensuring accurate, reliable, and timely calibration services that support production, testing, and laboratory operations across the site
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and improve calibration procedures and standards.
- Provide technical support for day-to-day calibration operations.
- Ensure calibration activities comply with applicable quality requirements and standards.
- Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment, instrumentation, and systems.
- Train, mentor, and provide technical guidance to metrology technicians.
- Lead automation, process improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support the accuracy, reliability, and efficiency of measurement systems.
- Partner with production, test, laboratory, and engineering teams to address calibration and measurement needs.
- Identify opportunities to improve laboratory processes, equipment performance, and overall service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field preferred.
- Experience in metrology, calibration, instrumentation, measurement systems, or a related technical discipline preferred.
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to provide technical leadership and support to technicians and cross-functional teams.
- Experience with calibration procedures, laboratory equipment, or measurement systems is highly desirable.
