About us Automated Intelligence is a growing Home Automation company centered in Boca Raton, FL. Our projects range typically from Fort Lauderdale to Jupiter, while occasionally stretching as far as Miami and Hobe Sound. We create enterprise grade networks, engineer and program lighting control systems, design and install motorized window treatments, build home theaters, provide high end audio/video solutions, and deliver state of the art whole home automation systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Install, configure, and maintain home automation equipment and audio/video systems
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with automation and audio/video systems
  • Run cabling in new construction and post construction homes
  • Collaborate with peers and other trades to complete projects
  • Conduct field service visits to customer sites for installation and maintenance
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Keep work area and service vehical clean Experience(preffered but not required):
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in automation or a related field
  • Proficiency in the use of hand and power tools
  • Knowledge of high voltage and low voltage electrical systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal This role requires a high level of technical expertise in automation systems, as well as strong customer service skills.
