$50,000 - $55,000 direct hire health, vision, dental, 401k The Calibration Technician is responsible for calibrating, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical, mechanical, and electronic measuring, recording, and indicating instrumentation and equipment to ensure conformance with established standards.

Primary Responsibilities:

Test and calibrate instruments and equipment using: Oscilloscopes Voltmeters and multimeters Signal sources Network analyzers Spectrum analyzers Signal analyzers Power supplies Mechanical measuring instruments Industrial manufacturing equipment, including reflow ovens Troubleshoot and repair test equipment at the component level. Read and interpret electronic schematics, technical manuals, and calibration procedures. Record and maintain calibration results and related documentation. Maintain the inventory of production tools and equipment. Ensure equipment meets established calibration and quality standards.

Requirements:

Associate degree in Electronics or equivalent technical education/experience. 3+ years of experience repairing and calibrating electronic instrumentation. Hands-on experience with component-level test-equipment repair and calibration. Ability to read schematics and technical manuals. Avionics experience preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
