Job Description
Required Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent requiredRequired Experience /
Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience working as an Electrical Technician or in a closely related electrical technical role
- Experience providing technical support to engineers on electrical systems, equipment, or technical projects
- Knowledge of electrical testing, troubleshooting, evaluation, and technical procedures
- Ability to identify issues, perform basic root-cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions
- Ability to prepare technical reports, documentation, and related records
- Ability to follow established procedures, detailed instructions, and technical guidelines
- Basic understanding of work routines and procedures within the electrical/technical discipline
- Ability to use established solutions and exercise sound judgment in straightforward technical situations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work safely and accuratelyJob Duties
- Provide technical support to engineers on a variety of electrical technical tasks and activities
- Perform electrical troubleshooting, testing, and technical evaluations as assigned
- Evaluate electrical events and issues to help determine root causes
- Recommend corrective actions based on technical findings and established procedures
- Develop and recommend technical procedures and methods to support electrical activities
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, test results, and other required records
- Follow established technical procedures, rules, safety requirements, and work instructions
- Select appropriate solutions from established procedures and guidelines when addressing routine technical issues
- Collaborate with engineers and other technical personnel to complete assigned work
- Perform other related electrical technician duties as assigned
