Worksite:
Onsite | Monday - Friday | 08:30 AM - 05:00 PM We are seeking an experienced Electronics Test Technician to join the dynamic Product Quality Engineering (PQE) & Automated Test Engineering(ATE) team in Plantation, FL .Including driving multi-technology testing applications (wireless, RF, Batteries, etc) during the execution of the Enhanced Advanced Life Testing (eALT) and
RF/Digital Automated Tests Responsibilities:
Run Tests:
Operate thermal test chambers, vibration tables, and electrical stress equipment.
Monitor Equipment:
Watch real-time data to catch failures or performance drops.
Build Test Setups:
Wire circuit boards, connect sensors, and use data loggers.
Record Data:
Generate clear test reports and log all failure times and conditions.
Soldering:
PCB boards soldering repair and test equipment repair.
Qualifications:
Education:
Associate degree in Electronics, Engineering Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Experience:
3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in electronics testing, lab environments, or manufacturing quality control.
Technical Knowledge:
Understanding of electrical circuits, soldering, and how to use tools like oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators etc. Attention to
Detail:
Ability to follow strict test procedures and record exact data.
Required Skills:
Associates degree in electronics engineering or equivalent education/experience Strong analytical, facilitation, documentation, and communication skills are required. Excellent observation and troubleshooting skills are a must. Knowledge of Microsoft and Google operating environments are a plus. Able to follow instructions and written standards.
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Lab/office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to do the following: Lift up to 30 lbs. Perform bending and reaching movements to place items on lower and higher shelves. Kneeling or squatting to access lower shelves. Walking/moving in the labs. Stand for moderate periods of time. Expected working hours 8:30 AM to 5 PM. Monday through Friday Possible overtime Saturday & Sunday
