The Engineering Technician performs non-routine technical assignments and provides hands-on support to engineers in the design, testing, and maintenance of systems and equipment. T his position requires strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify issues, evaluate processes, and implement effective solutions. This person will work both independently and collaboratively to ensure the performance, reliability, and continuous improvement of technical systems.

What You'll Do:
Perform non-routine technical assignments that support engineering projects and production operations. Provide technical support to engineers and other team members, ensuring work meets established standards and project requirements. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems and equipment. Modify and maintain equipment and systems to improve performance, reliability, and safety. Conduct data collection and analysis to evaluate system performance and identify areas for improvement. Recommend and implement system or process modifications based on analytical findings and operational needs. Maintain detailed documentation of test results, repairs, modifications, and preventive maintenance activities. Ensure compliance with safety procedures, company policies, and industry regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives. Assist in training or mentoring junior technicians or new team members as needed.
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. Minimum 2 years of experience with diagnostic tools, instrumentation, and testing procedures.
