$20.04 - $25.05 / hour Summary Reports to the Manager or Supervisor of Sterile Processing and works under the supervision of the Lead SPD Technician. Receives training for and achieves competency in all areas of Sterile Processing (Decontamination, Assembly, Sterilization, case cart transport and case pick). Collaborates with the team to deliver high quality and reliable instrumentation to the surgical services customers and patients. Participates in team huddles and contributes ideas to support continuous improvement and the quality management system. Responsible for adhering to Lee Health and Lee Health System policies and protocols and AAMI, APIC, and AORN standards.Requirements Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.Experience:
Minimum 6 months external experience in a related healthcare field preferred.Licensure:
