Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented PC Repair Technician to join our team at a customer site in Fort Myers, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing Windows laptops and Chromebooks primarily used in educational environments. This is an excellent opportunity for technicians with prior depot or value-added reseller (VAR) experience to grow within a fast-paced, high-volume technical services environment. Key Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Windows laptops and Chromebooks Perform hardware repairs, component replacements, and system testing Accurately document and track work orders using ticketing systems (e.g., ConnectWise, Odoo) Ensure all devices are fully functional and meet quality standards before completion Meet daily and weekly productivity/repair quotas Follow established repair procedures, safety protocols, and handling guidelines Maintain an organized and efficient workstation Qualifications Proven experience repairing Windows laptops and/or Chromebooks Familiarity with ticketing systems (ConnectWise/Odoo experience preferred) Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured repair processes Experience working with OEM hardware (Dell, HP, Lenovo) preferred Experience with parts ordering systems (Dell Direct, HP CSDP, Lenovo tools) is a plus Prior experience in a service depot or value-added reseller environment is highly desirable Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively in a production environment Must have a valid and up-to-date work authorization Must be able to pass a Jessica Lunsford Act (JLA) background check Additional Information This is a fully on-site role in Fort Myers, FL Tools, equipment, and workstation will be provided Opportunity for permanent placement based on performance and business needs
