Duties Perform routine inspections and maintenance of building interior systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical equipment, and facilities equipment Conduct repairs on electrical systems using schematics and technical manuals, including troubleshooting with tools such as ohmmeters Carry out plumbing system maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal operation of water supply and drainage systems Execute carpentry tasks such as repairs, installations, and maintenance of interior fixtures and structures Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment for welding, painting, and mechanical repairs Maintain HVAC systems through troubleshooting, repair, and routine servicing to ensure climate control efficiency Follow safety protocols during all maintenance activities and document work performed accurately Skills Ability to work in a team environment and Ablity to prioritze repairs Strong Communication and OrgianiztionSkills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in facilities maintenance and repair operations (MRO) Proficiency with electrical work, including electrical equipment repair and reading schematics Experience with HVAC system repair and building interior maintenance Skilled in plumbing system maintenance and repair techniques Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and schematics reading tools like ohmmeters Knowledge of residential painting techniques and maintenance painting skills Supervising or leadership experience is a plus for coordinating small teams or projects Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly in English Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is advantageous for troubleshooting automated systems Ability to interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and mechanical drawings effectively Join us as a Part-Time Maintenance Technician if you're eager to apply your technical expertise in a vibrant environment that values proactive problem-solving.
