Full Job Description Role & Responsibilities:
This position is located in a manufacturing plant. Responsibility for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancement of the plant's process control and drive programs. Provide the programming for plant process control equipment. Assist with the development and implementation of new PLC technologies to drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with impacted stakeholders around needs, project status, etc. Support the plant's networking and computer systems as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Certification or specialized education in process control is preferred. Demonstrated ability with the engineering, programming, and implementation of industrial control systems. Proven experience with control systems components, ladder logic programming, HMI programming and their applications. Aptitude for instrumentation and controls design. Well developed aptitude around MO computer applications, Project and AutoCAD. Ability to troubleshoot and install electrical circuits up to 480V. Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodology is a plus. Self-starter, with excellent organization skills to handle multiple priorities effectively. Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
