Job Overview Ethereal Berries Farm is looking for an experienced RO Technician / Water Treatment Technician to operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain our reverse osmosis and water treatment system. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working hands-on with RO equipment and has experience with electrical controls and system troubleshooting.

Main Responsibilities & Skills:

Experience with reverse osmosis (RO) systems Experience with VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives) Experience with PLCs and control systems Monitor and troubleshoot pumps, motors, pressure, flow, and filtration equipment Perform routine maintenance and identify system problems Assist with adjustments, repairs, and optimization of the RO system Comfortable working with piping, valves, pumps, sensors, and related equipment Ability to diagnose mechanical and electrical issues Keep the system operating reliably and efficiently Preferred Qualifications Previous hands-on experience with commercial, agricultural, industrial, or large-scale RO/water treatment systems is strongly preferred. Electrical, mechanical, controls, or water-treatment experience is a major plus. This is a full-time, long-term position based at our farm in LaBelle, Florida .

Pay:

$30-$40/hour depending on experience. Candidates should include a short description of their experience with RO systems, VFDs, and PLCs when applying.
