Mr. George Jenkins founded Lone Palm in 1965, and his legacy and traditions remain at the core of our club. Job Summary (Essential Functions) Carry out or coordinate all repairs and general maintenance needed for the clubhouse and equipment. Job Tasks (Additional Responsibilities) 1. Ensures that all building maintenance and repair activities are identified, scheduled, and completed. 2. Performs the servicing and preventative maintenance of systems for lighting, A/C, kitchen equipment, drainage, plumbing, electrical, painting, pressure washing, outdoor cleaning, and other related maintenance activities. 3. Maintains accurate maintenance and repair records of equipment and machinery. 4. Keeps the workshop areas safe, clean, and well-lighted. 15. Completes other appropriate assignments made by the manager.

Preferred Qualifications:

Candidate must have air conditioning and refrigeration system. The candidate must possess general maintenance knowledge. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and actively seek out ways to improve the functionality of the clubhouse.
