Display Systems Pay:

$26

• 32/hour, based on experience Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Engineering Technician with a strong background in electrical/electronic hardware, computer systems, and troubleshooting to support an R D engineering team.

This is a hands-on hardware position focused on building, testing, troubleshooting, and validating industrial and embedded computer systems . Experience working with displays, monitors, or related electronic hardware is highly preferred. This is not a Software Engineering position. Requirements 3-5+ years of relevant engineering technician, electronics, or hardware experience Strong electrical/electronic and computer hardware troubleshooting skills Experience building, configuring, testing, and repairing computer systems Display or monitor hardware experience strongly preferred Knowledge of image control, power management, signal processing/speed, or backlight systems is a plus Experience with Windows and/or Linux Ability to read and follow schematics, test plans, technical procedures, and documentation Experience using diagnostic and testing equipment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Associate degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics, IT, or related field preferred; equivalent hands-on experience considered Responsibilities Build, configure, test, and troubleshoot computer hardware and electronic systems Perform system-level hardware testing and product validation Diagnose hardware, display, and system performance issues Install and configure Windows and Linux operating systems Execute engineering test plans and document results Assist engineers with new product development and R D projects Support industrial and embedded computer systems Configure manufacturing test systems and support products transitioning into production Create and maintain technical documentation and work instructions Assist with product, process, and quality improvements Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
