Electrologist / Aesthetic Laser Technician - Laser Hair Removal We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Electrologist / Aesthetic Laser Technician to join our growing team. This position is dedicated specifically to providing Laser Hair Removal treatments while delivering a safe, professional, and exceptional patient experience. Responsibilities Perform professional Laser Hair Removal treatments according to established protocols and safety standards. Conduct consultations to evaluate treatment areas, skin type, hair type, medical history, and treatment goals. Educate patients on the Laser Hair Removal process, expected results, treatment schedules, and appropriate pre- and post-treatment care. Develop customized treatment plans based on each patient's individual needs. Safely operate and maintain Laser Hair Removal equipment. Accurately document treatment parameters, progress, patient responses, and relevant notes in the patient's chart. Take and maintain appropriate before-and-after photos according to company protocols. Monitor patients throughout treatment and make appropriate adjustments within established protocols. Follow all applicable state regulations, company policies, and laser safety procedures. Build strong relationships with patients and provide an excellent experience throughout their treatment series. Follow up with patients as appropriate and encourage adherence to recommended treatment schedules. Educate patients on available Laser Hair Removal treatment areas, packages, and membership benefits when appropriate. Support patient retention through exceptional service, education, and consistent treatment results. Qualifications Current Electrologist license Training and hands-on experience performing Laser Hair Removal preferred. Strong understanding of skin types, hair growth cycles, treatment protocols, and laser safety. Excellent communication and patient education skills. Professional, dependable, organized, and detail-oriented. Comfortable discussing treatment plans and helping patients understand available packages and treatment options. Ability to maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow established protocols. Commitment to providing safe, ethical, and patient-centered care. Position Focus This role is specifically focused on Laser Hair Removal services . The ideal candidate is passionate about laser treatments, patient education, building long-term patient relationships, and helping patients achieve excellent results through consistent treatment plans.
Pay:
$25.00 - $32.00 per hour
