Responsibilities Perform laser hair removal, electrolysis, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, facials, dermabrasion, and other aesthetic treatments with precision and care. Conduct skin consultations to assess client needs and recommend suitable treatments tailored to individual skin types and conditions. Maintain strict sanitation procedures and uphold safety standards during all procedures to ensure client safety and comfort. Educate clients on skincare routines, post-treatment care, and available services such as waxing, tinting services, makeup application, and nail care. Manage appointment scheduling using salon software such as MINDBODY or similar platforms; ensure smooth flow of daily operations. Build strong client relationships through effective communication, personalized recommendations, and excellent customer service. Stay current with industry trends, new treatments, and technological advancements to provide innovative solutions for clients. Experience Valid licensure as a Laser Technician/Electrologist with appropriate certifications in laser treatments and electrolysis. Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a focus on aesthetic laser treatments, waxing services (body waxing), facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and makeup application. Familiarity with retail sales techniques to promote skincare products and additional services effectively. Knowledge of salon software systems such as

for appointment management and client tracking. Strong understanding of sanitation procedures and safety protocols specific to laser treatments and skin care services. Excellent client communication skills with the ability to educate clients about treatment options and skincare routines confidently.
