You will work a 4/10 schedule during the first shift, with the potential to transition into a full-time role. Core Responsibilities You will be responsible for configuring test setups and evaluating electronic circuit card assemblies, RF circuits, and subassemblies by strictly adhering to established protocols and standards. Your role involves assembling production equipment based on specific designs, calibrating systems, and performing necessary repairs by swapping out components. By utilizing hand tools, power tools, and specialized testing equipment, you will help maintain a high standard of operational efficiency. You will also play a key role in evaluating product performance by analyzing test data and suggesting modifications to testing equipment. Furthermore, you will collaborate with engineering teams to refine test procedures for new products and provide insights that help improve manufacturing processes or product quality, while ensuring all work meets statistical control standards. Technical Requirements Success in this role requires the ability to troubleshoot down to the component level by interpreting schematic diagrams to isolate failures in both Analog and Digital circuitry. You must possess a deep understanding of micro-circuitry and solid-state devices to thrive in our fast-paced production environment. Proficiency with essential measurement tools—such as frequency standards, signal generators, oscilloscopes, network analyzers, and digital multi-meters—is required to ensure we meet our customer delivery timelines. Required Qualifications At least one year of hands-on experience testing electronic assemblies. Demonstrated expertise in component-level troubleshooting for digital and solid-state circuits. Competency with Microsoft Office and data management software to ensure maintenance records are kept accurate. Practical experience working with In-Circuit Testers or Flying Probe equipment. Preferred Skills Experience working with Radar Systems and diagnosing RF circuit issues. Background in performing Thermal and Vibration ESS on subassemblies and circuit card assemblies. Education and Experience Candidates should hold a High School diploma or equivalent, supplemented by specialized technical training comparable to an Associate degree, or possess a proven ability to execute technical tasks alongside at least one year of relevant experience. Additional Details We are particularly interested in candidates with military backshop experience, especially those familiar with repairing and troubleshooting Line Replaceable Units (LRU) or circuit cards. All applicants must be able to read and write in English. The standard work week is Monday through Thursday, from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM EST. Technical Proficiencies Operating Flying Probe systems.
