This Electrical Technician opportunity is based on an established career path and is being offered by Advantage Technical, on behalf of our client, to qualified candidates. Job Duties Build, wire, assemble, and test electrical systems for industrial vehicles, robotic equipment, and prototype machinery Install, terminate, and troubleshoot PLC systems, control panels, relays, switches, sensors, motors, and wiring assemblies Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawings Perform panel wiring, cable routing, wire termination, and component installation Diagnose electrical faults using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and circuit analyzers Support prototype development, system integration, and continuous improvement projects Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve electrical issues Maintain accurate records of testing, modifications, and repairs Education Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Technical/vocational certification in electrical or electromechanical systems preferred Experience Requirements Prior hands-on experience wiring, assembling, or troubleshooting electrical/electromechanical systems Experience reading schematics and using electrical test equipment Preferred Qualifications Experience with automation, robotics, or industrial vehicle systems Familiarity with PLC-based control systems Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, bend, and use hand tools for extended periods Ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs as needed Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, and Pet Insurance 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Commuter/Parking Accounts People Perks Program Health Savings Account (HSA) AD&D Insurance This is a great opportunity to build hands-on experience with robotics, automation, and industrial electrical systems while working alongside a dedicated engineering team.
