Maserati and luxury Off Brand Service Technician Orlando, FL 32811 / Ferrari of Central Florida Full-Time | In Person Ferrari and Maserati of Central Florida, a family-owned luxury automotive dealership serving the Greater Orlando area, is seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our elite service team. What We Offer Family-owned organization with long-term leadership stability 21-lift, state-of-the-art workshop Competitive health insurance and benefits package Vacation, paid holidays, PTO, and sick days Employee discount Professional development assistance Collaborative team of highly skilled technicians Responsibilities Maintain world-class standard of excellence in all areas Evaluate client concerns and determine appropriate course of action, including interaction with high-expectation clientele Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using advanced diagnostic tools and special service equipment Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems including engine, transmission, steering, suspension, brakes, A/C, and high-voltage electrical systems Communicate directly with Service Advisors regarding additional service needs and provide accurate time estimates Execute warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications Qualifications 2+ years Luxury or Exotic Service Technician experience required (5+ years strongly preferred) A-Level/Master qualifications including Diagnostic, High Voltage Electrical, and Engine Repair High school diploma or equivalent Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills Proficiency with electronic diagnostic equipment Excellent customer service and communication skills CDK and XTime experience preferred Positive, team-oriented attitude Ability to learn new technologies and manufacturer repair procedures Valid driver's license with clean driving record Schedule Day Shift Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM In-person position (Orlando, FL 32811)
