Job Description:

Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on plant electrical, mechanical, and auxiliary equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation. Troubleshoot and repair motors, pumps, valves, gearboxes, piping systems, and rotating equipment. Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems including switchgear, breakers, transformers, MCCs, and control circuits. Assist with instrumentation maintenance, including calibration, testing, and basic repairs of transmitters, sensors, and control devices. Conduct equipment inspections, vibration analysis, and thermography to identify potential issues before failure. Support plant operations by responding to equipment alarms, system abnormalities, and emergency situations. Perform lockout/tagout, confined space, and other safety procedures in compliance with OSHA and site standards. Maintain accurate records of work performed, equipment condition, and spare parts usage in the plant's CMMS system. Collaborate with operations staff and contractors to support outages, upgrades, and capital projects. Experience with Mark VI, T-3000, or similar DCS systems. Have the ability to read and interpret Logix and force points as needed. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant reliability, efficiency, and safety culture. #ENG1
