Job Summary:
Join our team Salus Vehicle Solutions , a leader in advanced automotive diagnostics and ADAS calibration, as a Mobile Technician serving the Pensacola area market. In this role, you'll be the expert on the move, performing on-site diagnostics, ADAS calibrations (static & dynamic), and electrical repairs using high-tech equipment, OEM tools, and advanced software. You'll manage your own fully equipped mobile van, plan daily routes with your manager, and deliver quality service that keeps our customers satisfied and safe. This position requires strong technical skills, problem-solving ability, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. You'll work independently in the field while collaborating with your supervisor and support team to ensure efficiency and quality. Requirements & Qualifications:
Experience:
3+ years in automotive diagnostics, ADAS calibration, and electrical repair (required).
Calibration fluency:
strong understanding of static/dynamic calibration techniques and OEM specs.
Technical acumen:
comfortable navigating OEM software interfaces , scan tools, and calibration rigs.
Problem-solving:
able to triage complex issues quickly, figure out the "why," and execute the solutions. Communication & customer service: clear, professional, and timely, people should feel confident when you arrive and satisfied when you leave. Time management & independence: Though you will be coordinating with your supervisor, you'll need to be able to complete tasks and manage your time by yourself. License & record: valid driver's license; clean driving record and background check required .
Responsibilities & Role:
ADAS calibrations (static & dynamic) for cameras, radar, LiDAR, thermal imaging, and related components. Advanced diagnostics for electrical systems, internal computer modules, and networked vehicle systems. Minor wiring repair and harness remediation when required. Use specialized OE software, tools, and equipment to meet manufacturer specifications. Plan and execute daily routes to appointments, partner facilities, and customers; communicate proactively with customers and shops to set expectations and confirm completion. Document work such as calibration results, diagnostic findings, repair plans, and OE documentation in our Tekmetric software. Maintain your mobile van and tool inventory, keeping it organized, clean, ready to roll, and safe. Collaborate with your assigned supervisor to keep schedules tight and customers satisfied.
