Southeast Elevator is seeking an experienced Elevator Service Technician with strong mechanical aptitude, excellent customer-facing communication, and a positive, can-do attitude to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a skilled troubleshooter with proven leadership and problem-solving abilities who takes pride in delivering safe, high-quality service. This role services our Tampa market. What You'll Do Service, Repair, and Troubleshoot Elevator equipment as needed. Perform routine preventative maintenance on assigned Elevator route. Respond to work order requests in a timely fashion. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures. Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein. What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years' experience servicing Residential Elevators Strong mechanical aptitude and elevator troubleshooting skills with ability to handle physical workload required in fit-for-duty assessment.
