Check our website for more information: mosaicpuzzles.co Role Overview Mosaic Puzzles is seeking a detail-oriented Laser Operator & Production Associate to join our hands-on manufacturing and fulfillment team in Alpharetta, GA. In this dual-function role, you will operate and maintain laser cutting machines to craft our intricate wooden puzzles, while also supporting quality control, packaging, and order shipping. Compensation & Schedule Pay Rate:
$15.00/hr during training
  • > $17.
00/hr upon completion (training typical duration: 2-3 weeks based on performance).
Schedule:
Full-time (40 hours/week) Available shifts:

Thursday
  • Sunday, 5:00 AM
  • 3:00 PM.Thursday
  • Sunday, 3:00 PM
  • 1:00 AM.

Role Responsibilities:
Laser Operation:
Operate lasers used to cut wooden puzzle borders to create unique and intricate puzzles.
Machine Maintenance:
Service and troubleshoot Laser Cutters to ensure high product quality and productivity.
Quality:
Monitor the cutting process to ensure high quality.
Inventory & Materials :
Track stock levels via our website/vendor platforms and move raw materials and finished goods around the facility.
Fulfillment & Shipping:
Box, package, and process outgoing orders accurately using digital shipping software.
Physical Tasks:
Lift, move, and position supplies up to 40 lbs; perform physical work comfortably both seated and standing for extended periods.
Skills:
Strong attention to detail, organization, and basic data entry skills. Ability to multitask, problem-solve mechanical issues, and adapt to shifting priorities. Adaptable self-starter comfortable working in a fast paced work environment. Clear verbal and written communication skills.
Job requirements:
Legally authorized to work in the United States. Ability to commute or planning to relocate to Alpharetta, GA 30005 before starting work
