Aircraft Maintenance Specialist (f/m/d)

Key responsibilities:

Supervision and execution of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and servicing work

Supervision and implementation of repair and maintenance measures as well as installation, interim and functional tests of components during retrofitting

Troubleshooting and rectification of faults

Disassembly and assembly of components in the areas of control, steering, drive and engine, hydraulic and de-icing systems and aircraft cabins

Checking and approving the maintenance and repair work carried out

Responsibility for creating documentation of the work carried out

Technical instruction of employees within the scope of the assigned projects

Qualifications:
  • Completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic or equivalent training
  • Further training EASA Part 66 CAT B1 with valid type rating for DA42 TDI and Austro
  • Experience in the maintenance and repair of civil aircraft as well as in the area of base and line maintenance
  • Very good written and spoken German and good English skills
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly as well as a high degree of flexibility
  • Enjoyment of development work
