Job Description

The Multicraft Technician will be responsible for the upkeep of buildings and mechanical systems. The Multicraft Technician will be responsible for splitting time between repair, maintenance, and the installation of system components and office hours. Additionally, Multicraft Technician are expected to perform emergency repairs, which necessitates the ability to troubleshoot promptly. Install, assemble, and test new machines and equipment. Schedule and perform routine preventative maintenance and service for each piece of equipment. Inspect machines regularly for malfunctions, including visual and sound inspections. Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical problems and UV/Profile machinery Change bearing, sprockets, rollers, chains, solenoids, air valves and other parts. Use a variety of power and hand tools to perform job functions. Complete repairs and parts replacements Work effectively with other team members in a loud environment. Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent Mult-craft maintenance experience Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Must be able to successfully complete and pass a background check, employment verification and drug screening Positive and Verifiable Work History Physical Demands Frequently will push, pull, carry, and lift 50lbs. Frequent walking, standing, stretching, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, grasping, and repetitive movements Occasionally required to climb, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl Frequently must be able to work in moderate noise, up to 83 decibels. Exposure to noise environment requiring hearing protection. Must be able and willing to work in non-temperature-controlled environment, exposed to weather conditions.
