This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and optimizing weaving equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. We are looking for candidates with a strong mechanical background, even if their experience comes from outside the textile industry. Individuals with experience in automotive repair, industrial maintenance, mechanical assembly, military equipment maintenance, heavy equipment repair, manufacturing maintenance, or similar technical fields are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on weaving equipment and supporting machinery. Perform preventive and predictive maintenance activities. Optimize machine performance to improve efficiency, quality, and uptime. Troubleshoot equipment failures and implement corrective actions. Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation. Work closely with production personnel to resolve operational issues. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Qualifications Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Experience in automotive maintenance, industrial maintenance, machinery repair, military maintenance, diesel mechanics, or related technical fields. Ability to use hand tools, precision measuring instruments, and diagnostic equipment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Willingness to learn textile weaving equipment and advanced maintenance techniques. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in textile manufacturing or weaving operations. Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, or electronic control systems. Technical training, vocational certification, or equivalent hands-on experience.
