Electro Mechanic positons available in the Johns Creek area for a Medical Device Manufacturing Company. 12 hour Night shifts 6:30pm to 6:30am - Panama Schedule.

Basics of the position:

Troubleshoot, repair and perform preventative maintenance for all production and cartoning equipment including technical problems in mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical and control systems. Assist with improvements to maintenance system and technical projects for process upgrades. Looking for Electro Mechanics with the following experience: Mechanical maintenance Electrical mainentance Pneumatic and hydraulic Electrical control systems Manufacturing equipment maintenance Mechatronics High School/GED and Technical Certification or equivalent experience required.

salary:

$30 - $35 per hourshift: Secondwork hours: 6:30 PM - 6:30

High SchoolResponsibilitiesThe Electromechanical Technician is primarily responsible for handling complex tasks in developing and maintaining electromechanical systems, including troubleshooting, testing, and assembly. You will also assist in equipment calibration and repair, requiring advanced technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.

Troubleshooting, repairing and performing preventative and corrective maintence for all production equipment including, technical problems in mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and control systems.

Experience with:

• Maintenance of full automated manufacturing or medical/food manufacturing
• Experience with 480V 3-Phase Electrical
• Lockout and Tagout process and understanding
• Troubleshooting skills to include: PLC's, electrical and pneumatic schematics, 3-phase motors, motor drives and cylinders
• Hands on maintenance, electrical and programming
• Assisting with improvements to the maitenance systems - Preventative, Corrective and Predictive.
