AB_4999558 We are seeking a skilled and proactive Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join our night shift team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the continuous operation, maximum efficiency, and safety of our high-speed automated production, packaging, and utility equipment.

The ideal candidate possesses strong troubleshooting skills spanning mechanical systems, electrical control, hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLCs, with a focus on minimizing unplanned downtime in a fast-paced environment.
salary:
$62,400 - $83,200 per year shift: Third work hours: 6 PM - 6 AM education: No Degree Required Responsibilities Perform planned, preventative, and emergency maintenance on production, packaging, processing, and utility systems. Ensure optimal function of manufacturing support systems. Read schematics and service manuals to diagnose and repair Programmable Logic Control (PLC) and AC/DC drive systems. Promptly log work orders, PM check-ups, and technical data in CMMS and clear SOP paperwork. Check out parts to work orders, track stock levels, and coordinate with management/teams to resolve issues impacting production efficiency. Maintain a clean work environment while adhering strictly to OSHA safety standards, Master Sanitation Schedules (MSS), and Critical Control Points (CCP). The essential functions of this role include: working in a smoke free environment wearing steel toe shoes manual lifting up to 50lbs standing for 8 hours at one time working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week working weekends Skills Mechanical Maintenance Electrical Blueprint Reading Electrical Maintenance Automation Qualifications Years of experience: 4 years Experience level: Entry Level Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
