Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Installation Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various commercial foodservice equipment. This role requires a strong attention to detail, technical proficiency, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Installation Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring that all installations meet quality standards and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform installations of equipment and systems according to specifications and safety guidelines. Conduct routine maintenance checks and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter to test electrical connections and ensure proper functionality. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Document installation processes, maintenance activities, and any issues encountered during work. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns during installations. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in a related field is preferred. Proven experience in installation, maintenance, or repair roles is highly desirable. Proficiency in using an ohmmeter and other relevant tools for electrical testing. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and team members. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Willingness to travel to various job sites as required by project needs.
