You will work on a wide range of industrial lifting equipment, ensuring equipment meets safety standards and operates reliably for our customers. We are looking for motivated individual with a passion for industrial maintenance and technical problem-solving who thrive in fast-paced environments. Responsibilities Perform detailed inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on various types of hoists, including chain, wire rope, and electric hoists. Disassemble, inspect components with precision measuring tools, replace worn or defective parts, and reassemble equipment. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems (motors, brakes, gearboxes, controls, limit switches, etc.) Troubleshoot electrical systems using schematics, wiring diagrams, and testing instruments such as voltmeters, ammeters, ohmmeters, and precision measuring tools. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area; follow all company and regulatory safety procedures Communicate clearly with sales team regarding findings, recommended repairs, and safety issues Experience Proven mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in repair of industrial equipment (hoist, crane, or similar electro-mechanical experience strongly preferred) Strong background in electrical diagnostics, troubleshooting electrical systems using multimeters (voltmeter, ammeter) and schematics reading. Hands-on experience with industrial mechanics including hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical troubleshooting.
