Automation Technician

1st shift position: 6:45AM-3:00PM | 2nd shift position: 2:45PM-11:00

PM Pay:

$24.00-$27.00 per hour starting wage plus an additional raise at 90 days. We also offer overtime pay and a $1.50 shift differential on 2nd shift.

This includes material handling equipment, automated processing equipment, information technology equipment and building infrastructure. Must be very team oriented and focused on the goals of the team and company.

Responsibilities Include:

Understand and comply with all OSHA and plant safety rules Work as a technical expert for maintaining and improving production controls equipment, while minimizing down-time Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production (off shift, weekends, holidays included), and performs scheduled maintenance and repairs of production equipment during machine service Trouble-shoot electrical, mechanical and robotic problems using schematics, programs, meters, and other hand tools Perform required tasks in an efficient and cost-conscious manner Maintain communications with the team for issues/corrections Perform special projects and other duties as assigned by KCNG Management Any other duties deemed necessary or appropriate
