- Benefits( health insurance, ESOP) Responsibilities
- Learn and perform fiber optic splicing, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Prepare fiber optic cables for splicing (stripping, cleaning, and cleaving).
- Operate and maintain fusion splicing equipment and OTDR testing tools.
- Read and interpret construction prints and diagrams.
- Work safely in various environments, including bucket trucks, manholes, and residential/commercial sites.
- Maintain accurate documentation of daily work and project progress.
