Full Job Description Equipment Services Technician I Location:
Nampa, ID Pay:
$21.00 - $24.00 per hour
DOE Schedule:
Full-Time | B-Shift 3:30pm- midnight but training (1-2 weeks) is on Day A shift Adecco is currently seeking an Equipment Services Technician I to join a leading electronics manufacturing team in Nampa, Idaho. This hands-on role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving manufacturing equipment used in electronic assembly processes. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, a commitment to quality, and the ability to support production in a high-precision manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain SMT, Thru-Hole, Conformal Coat, process, and facility equipment. Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and equipment inspections to maximize uptime and production efficiency. Assist with installation, setup, and commissioning of new manufacturing equipment. Support engineering teams with process development, testing, and design experiments. Read and interpret electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical schematics and drawings. Document maintenance activities, repairs, and project updates accurately and in a timely manner. Provide clear written and verbal shift pass-down communication. Operate equipment such as scissor lifts and powered pallet jacks when required. Maintain a safe, organized, and quality-focused work environment. Required Qualifications 3+ years' experience troubleshooting and repairing machinery Ability to read and understand electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical schematics. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of hand and power tools. Ability to work 10-hour shifts and overtime as needed. Flexibility to work either day or night shift. Associate's Degree in Electronics Technology or related field preferred, not required. Why Work With Us?

Pay Details:
