Manufacturing Systems Electrical Technician (PLC & Drives)

Are you confident working with 480V 3-phase power as well as low-voltage controls? Do you want a 1st shift role with optional overtime and a long runway for career growth? The role Keep production and facility electrical systems operating safely and efficiently Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and prints to diagnose issues quickly Troubleshoot PLCs (Allen-Bradley preferred), motor controls, drives, and sensors Perform preventive maintenance, corrective repairs, and equipment upgrades Assist with equipment installations, startups, and functional testing Work confidently on 480V 3-phase and related control systems What you'll need 3+ years of industrial electrical experience in a manufacturing environment Strong PLC troubleshooting background; Allen-Bradley experience is a plus Hands-on experience with 480V 3-phase power Ability to read and apply electrical drawings Sharp troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Maintenance/manufacturing/industrial equipment experience preferred Why join this team Family-owned, well-established manufacturer with more than 200 employees Global footprint and a newly expanded facility Work booked years into the future—excellent stability 1st shift with voluntary OT Pay up to $36.00/hr and clear pathways for advancement Compensation & Schedule 1st Shift Up to $36.00 per hour What to expect when you apply Apply today and submit your resume.
