Elgin, IL Salary:
$35 per hour ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Assemble and wire electrical panels, subassemblies, and control cabinets per engineering drawings and schematics. Install and align electrical components, ensuring proper fit, function, and quality. Read and interpret electrical diagrams, schematics, and blueprints. Perform advanced wiring, soldering, and testing components. Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Maintain a clean and organized work area and complete daily production reporting. Follow all company safety guidelines and standard operating procedures. ________________________________________
Qualifications Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Experience:
o Seniorlevel candidates (7+ years) should be skilled in troubleshooting, mentoring, and complex electrical builds. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints. Experience using hand tools, drills, and wiring equipment; soldering experience preferred.
