By leveraging your expertise in mechanical and electrical systems, you will drive operational uptime and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and safety excellence. Responsibilities Execute comprehensive preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifecycle of critical production assets. Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic malfunctions to restore equipment functionality rapidly. Perform precision repairs, including the teardown and rebuilding of motors, gearboxes, and drive systems. Utilize PLC programming and diagnostic tools to troubleshoot control systems and optimize machine logic. Install and maintain high and low voltage circuitry to support both production line efficiency and facility infrastructure. Fabricate and modify custom machine components to enhance equipment output and process quality. Maintain rigorous documentation of all maintenance activities to ensure compliance and track equipment health trends. Champion a proactive safety culture by identifying hazards and adhering to all industrial regulatory standards. Required Skills Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in an industrial maintenance environment. Advanced proficiency in reading electrical schematics and utilizing diagnostic test instrumentation. Strong mechanical aptitude with extensive experience using power and hand tools. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and program PLCs and variable frequency drives. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective team collaboration. Preferred Skills Formal training or certification in industrial electronics or mechatronics. Experience with facility-wide systems such as chillers, compressors, and power distribution. Proven track record of improving machine reliability through root cause analysis.
