Shift:

5:45 PM•6:15 AM | 12-hour continental (3 days one week, 4 days next; off every other weekend; overtime possible) Join a leading packaging manufacturer seeking a skilled Industrial Electro-Mechanic Technician for proactive maintenance on production equipment. Prioritize safety, quality, and efficiency in a dynamic night shift environment. Key Responsibilities Follow plant safety protocols, including LOTO and safe machine operation. Read electrical blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical specs. Test motors, contactors, relays with multimeters; maintain chillers, pumps, compressors. Troubleshoot/repair electrical controls, PLC systems, and industrial motor controls. Perform preventive/predictive maintenance, root cause analysis, and calibrations to minimize downtime. Document repairs in CMMS; manage spare parts inventory. Operate shop tools (band saws, mills, lathes); repair production/facility equipment. Participate in audits, pillar teams, and safety initiatives; use PPE. Must-Have Qualifications Industrial manufacturing or military experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment. PLC troubleshooting and knowledge of industrial motor controls. Ability to lift 50lbs, use ladders/lifts, and work independently on off-shifts. Rotating schedules, overtime, and weekend availability. Forklift operation preferred. Preferred Skills Experience with blown film, sheet extrusion, flexographic printing, lamination, slitting, or ancillary equipment.

$35.00•$39.00 per hour
