Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Pinball Service Technician, where you'll be at the forefront of maintaining and repairing pinball machines and related arcade equipment. Your expertise will ensure that gaming experiences are seamless, exciting, and reliable for customers. This role offers an energetic environment focused on technical excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement. As a key player in our maintenance team, you will troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical systems, perform preventative maintenance, and deliver exceptional service to keep our pinball machines in top condition. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic components of pinball machines using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools. Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance and longevity. Utilize precision measuring instruments such as ammeters, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately. Operate equipment like scissor lifts and forklifts safely to access high or hard-to-reach areas during service tasks. Troubleshoot complex systems involving programmable logic controllers (PLCs), low voltage controls, and high voltage circuits. Maintain detailed records of service activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Communicate effectively with customers and team members to provide technical support and ensure customer satisfaction. Proven experience in industrial maintenance or electronics repair within a manufacturing facility or similar environment. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience. Familiarity with schematics, control systems, and electrical diagrams for troubleshooting purposes. Ability to work with precision measuring instruments such as ammeters and ohmmeters to diagnose electrical issues. Experience operating field service equipment including scissor lifts and forklifts safely. Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), low voltage systems, high voltage safety protocols, and industrial electrician practices. Excellent analysis skills to identify root causes of machine failures quickly and accurately. Strong customer service orientation with clear communication skills in English. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Military experience or certifications related to industrial maintenance are considered a plus.
