Also includes any other duties deemed necessary throughout the plant. Qualifications Required Knowledge of preventative and predictive maintenance, strong communication and teamwork skills, well organized, effective troubleshooting skills, self-directed and motivated, good leadership abilities, strong mechanical aptitude. Preferred Skills and experience with low and high voltage switchgear, motors, variable speed drivers, controls, instruments and PLC's.
