Both you and your referral can earn—up to $1,600 each over a year Extra opportunities throughout the year for incentives and awards Role Purpose Own the preventive and diagnostic maintenance of production equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and high-uptime operations. What You'll Tackle Install, maintain, and repair production machinery and facility systems Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues Program and optimize robots and automation; work with PLCs and controls Execute TPM on shop equipment and contribute to continuous improvement Interpret manuals and blueprints to plan and perform service Use hand/power tools, meters, and material handling equipment effectively Assist with new equipment installs and machine enhancements Comply with OSHA and company safety procedures; perform other duties as assigned Measures of Impact Safety Record OEE Continuous Improvement Activity Machine Uptime PM Completion % What You Need High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience Experience in industrial maintenance, technical field, or technical schooling Strength in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting; automation background a plus Knowledge of standard PM practices Skilled with tools, shop equipment, and PPE Metalworking capability: cutting, welding, drilling, tapping Working knowledge of PLCs and relay logic; hydraulics/pneumatics; electrical distribution and LOTO Prior air compressor maintenance experience is a plus Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, climb; lift/move up to 50 lbs Technical Proficiencies PLC Troubleshooting Skills Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills 120/208/240/480 Voltage Systems Preventive Maintenance & Inspection Journeyman's License Electrical Troubleshooting Troubleshooting Industrial Automation Equipment Pneumatics Troubleshooting Maintenance and Repair Skills Hydraulic Systems & Components Electrical Systems & Diagnostics (Heavy Equipment) Equipment Diagnostics & Troubleshooting Mechanical Systems & Component Repair Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) Tools & Tech You'll Touch MIG Welder Press Brake Stamping Press (Minster) Robotic Welder Overhead Crane Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) (Fanuc, Allen Bradley, Omron) Our Edge We keep growing—adding new capabilities and highly automated equipment—because quality and consistency matter.
