Job Description This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, testing, and repairing instrumentation, electrical, PLC, DCS, and SCADA systems supporting steam generation, boiler operations, chilled water production, and related utility infrastructure. The technician will maintain and calibrate environmental monitoring equipment, support high-voltage switchgear, generators, motor controls, and variable frequency drives, and perform testing of boiler controls and safety interlocks. Additional responsibilities include programming and tuning control systems, completing preventative and corrective maintenance, updating electrical drawings and schematics, maintaining plant computer and network systems, documenting work in the maintenance management system, supporting operations and engineering teams, and participating in a 24/7 on-call rotation for emergency response.
