- $19.00 per hour Automation and Robotics Assembly Technician 2: $18.50
- $20.50 per hour Automation and Robotics Assembly Technician 3: $19.25
- $21.75 per hour Automation and Robotics Assembly Technician 4: $20.00

https://youtu.be/Z8KximAKZ6A What You'll Do As an Automation and Robotics Assembly Technician, you will help build and test the innovative learning systems used by industry and educators worldwide. Responsibilities Assemble, solder, wire, and repair electronic components, subassemblies, and finished products Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and electronic issues Test and calibrate products to ensure quality and performance standards are met Operate and maintain production and testing equipment Verify circuits and components meet engineering specifications Support quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications- Required 1+ years of experience assembling electrical or electronic components Knowledge of basic AC and DC electronics Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and stay organized Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to report to work at 6:00 AM Preferred Experience with soldering and electronic testing equipment Manufacturing or production assembly experience Technical training, certification, or related education Benefits & PerksWork-Life Balance Day shift only Monday-Friday schedule Current hours: Monday to Thursday 6:00 AM•3:30 PM; Fridays 6:00 AM•2:30 PM No required Saturdays or Sundays No rotating shifts Time Off Seven paid holidays Generous PTO plan with 120 hours (3 weeks) accrued during your first year Learning & Development Free access to Amatrol's complete eLearning library Opportunities to develop new skills and advance into higher-level positions Health & Wellness Affordable Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance Company-paid Life Insurance Company-paid Short-Term Disability Workplace Environment Climate-controlled facility Employee appreciation events Supportive team culture About Amatrol Amatrol creates innovative learning solutions for industry and education, helping people develop the technical skills needed to succeed in today's workforce.
