Responsibilities:
Service/repair generators, install generators, change air filters, change oil, check battery levels, check spark plugs, etc. Perform on-site planned maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and troubleshooting for customers generators (including DC & AC voltage equipment) Work independently or with a small team with a work vehicle serving residential and commercial standby generators.
Requirements:
Maintenance & repair, troubleshooting and field service skills, specifically with generators Excellent customer service skills Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues Experience in generator maintenance and servicing Knowledge of electrical systems and components Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. frequently Valid driver's license •This job is with an independent Generac dealer and not for employment with Generac Power Systems, Inc.
