Shift:
Monday to Thursday, 6:30AM•3:30PM; Friday, 6:30AM•10:30
AM Essential Functions:
Manage and calibrate various gages•overlays, variable gages, attribute gages etc. Read and interpret documents such as procedures, work instructions, specifications, drawings, and purchase orders. Disassemble gages and clean accordingly Perform in-process and final inspections on these assemblies by using measuring tools and ensuring they are in accordance with the applicable procedures/instructions Verify conditions and calibration of all inspection and test equipment prior to use and completing the inspection. Inputting calibration data into appropriate software Ensure calibration dates are observed and track any gages past calibration Contact customers for gaging as needed Scheduling calibration dates as needed Other work-related tasks as assigned Conform to
ISO13485, 21 CFR
Part 820, and medical device industry requirements.
Competency:
Understanding of GD+T and metrology application Basic knowledge of gaging Understand CMM reports Strong organization skills Able to multitask Basic math, calculation, and related skills needed Understanding of labeling, coding, and accuracy in records very important Ability to comply with Quality System requirements Application of Statistics Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel)
