Facility in Plymouth, IN seeking HemOnc locums coverage
Rates:
$600/hr, $700/hr
OT Position Details Specialty:

Outpatient Hematology/Oncology with infusion services

Coverage Dates:
March 2026 March 2027 Evening call coverage required. No inpatient rounding or hospital patient volume. Patient Population and Volume Adult and geriatric patients Practice mix: 50% hematology, 50% oncology, 0% internal medicine Average outpatient volume: approximately 30 patients per day Hospital-based patient volume: 0 Clinical Responsibilities and Required Procedures Management of VAD and CV catheters Bone marrow biopsies Participation on tumor board Management of bone marrow transplants Blood bank oversight Ordering diagnostic tests and imaging Prescribing medications Chemotherapy administration is supported by both the physician and nurse oncologists.
Practice Environment Clinical area:
Outpatient oncology EMR system: Epic Credentialing Estimated credentialing timeframe: Approximately 60 days with an active Indiana license Approximately 90 days without an Indiana license Travel and Reimbursement Facility reimburses for flight, hotel, rental car, and mileage billed at the IRS standard rate.

Requirements Board Certified (provider must hold ABMS or AOA board certification in one specialty and demonstrate competency in the other) required Active Indiana medical license or IMLC with LOQ in hand required BLS certification required
